Background & Business Activities

RKSmith specializes in the delivery of service solutions in the areas of Legacy IBM Mainframe systems, procurement manaagement, statistical analysis, capacity planning and forecasting.

RKSmith began his career as an undergraduate research assistant performing statistical analysis for research disertations. He has a BS degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sam Houston State University, an M.B.A. in Finance from Rockhurst University and a MS in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. He is currently working on a Ph.D. in Statistics and Economics. 

Throughout his career RKSmith has applied his diverse and unique skills in the areas of strategic planning and implementation of complex technical information systems in multiple business environments for large private and public sector organizations. He now has 40 years of information technology and Management Information Systems experience in programming, management, design, statistical analysis, modeling and forecasting for management decision support.
